Your personal data

HF kits carefully handle your personal data and comply with the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR). This document allows you to read what data we collect, how it is stored and with which instances the data is shared. In order to process your purchase, we need your name and address details, and your email address is also necessary so that we can communicate about the course of your purchase. This data will be transferred to us via a secure SSL connection during the order process. The data is stored (encrypted) with our hosting provider. The hosting provider has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of your data. Your data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary, but in the event of a purchase, this is a period of seven years to meet our tax obligations.

Who will share your data with

Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is strictly necessary. HF Kits will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes under any conditions. Mollie payment service.

HF Kits uses a third party “Mollie Payment” for payments. This online payment service has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of your data. Mollie will not keep your data longer than is required by law. Only anonymous data is used and shared with third parties to improve Mollie’s services.

SendCloud (disambiguation)

SendCloud is used to handle the order process. To deliver your order to you as soon as possible, your name, address details, and email address will be shared with SendCloud. Depending on the destination and weight, your name and address are shared with the relevant transporter. This may concern PostnL, DHL, DPD or UPS. Both SendCloud and the affiliated transport companies have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of your data. These companies will not share your data with third parties and do not keep it lower than required by law.

Mailchimp

MailChimp is used to send our newsletter. MailChimp only has your email address and name if you have given your consent. This consent will be requested during ordering. If you unwanted ly receive a newsletter from us, you can easily unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email.

Trustpilot

For collection of reviews we are using Trustpilot. TrustPilot uses only your email address and your name. Trustpilot has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of your data. This company will not share your data with third parties and do not keep it lower than required by law.

Email

Contact with our customers is mainly done via email. We use “Mozilla Thunderbird” as an email client. To retrieve and send emails, only a secure SSL connection is used. The email traffic is securely stored (encrypted) in the data center of our hosting provider. The hosting provider has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of your data. The email traffic is not kept for more than two years.

Cookies

In order for our website to work flawlessly, we use cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored by your internet browser during a visit to our website. In this way, for example, the contents of your shopping cart are kept until the next visit. To improve our services and service, we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics gives us insight into the number of visitors and the way visitors use the website. We have not allowed Google Analytics to use this information for other Google services. Trustpilot also uses cookies to collect customer experience.
